Start each day with an assisted morning practice by one of the few teachers certified to teach the Advanced B series by Sharath Jois.
Laruga will concentrate her teachings to introduce, deepen and examine the intricacies of the second series.

The Yoga Room has a surface of a hundred square meters with natural shaded light and with a view of the sea. Built-in golden ratio proportions with a double-pitched roof and timber structure.
You will be treated to healthy home-cooked Mediterranean cuisine.
All the finest vegetables and fruits are locally sourced. Organic growing is favoured whenever possible.
Vegetarian dishes are systematically offered at every meal alongside seasonal homegrown vegetables.
Villa Pi Blau is located on the Begur coast and enjoys a shoreline of unparalleled beauty, whose cliffs, pines, crystal waters and abrupt coastline, make this area one of the most characteristic of the Costa Brava.
One of Begur´s eight coves is Aiguablava where VILLA PI BLAU is located.

Install yourself in this idyllic place. Have a beautiful welcome dinner and get an introductory talk for the coming days.

Wednesday and Friday 16p / Afternoon Workshops
The workshops will touch on different themes regarding the second series. Transitions, Gatekeepers, Arm balances, backbends and hip openers are all designed to take you deeper into your own practice.
